THE family of a boy thought to be with a religious sect won an injunction yesterday banning publication or broadcast of interviews with him or sect members.

Solicitors acting for Ruth Kelly, whose grandson, Bobby Kelly, 16, disappeared from her home in Romford, east London, more than two weeks ago, applied to the High Court to stop the BBC using comments he made to Radio 4's Today.

Bobby left the house of Mrs Kelly, his legal guardian, after meeting Jesus Christians handing out leaflets in a shopping centre. Police are trying to trace the boy who was made a ward of court last week. The injunction bars the use of "detail or substance of any report, interview or communications" from the boy or six sect members.
